its really beautiful...cains skin isn't too yellow ,actually you might want to make it a tad darker(with a bit of peach) because the womans hair is dark??(i can't tell yet )

I don't understand the pointy bit on Lillian's left shoulder (is that her shoulder?) I think Lillian's body could use some smoothing out but I guess that's just your drawing style.
The level of detail on the ears is weird when you look at the picture as a whole. I'm guess that's because the hair colouring isn't done yet.

... May I...?
I think the "pointy thing" on Lillian's back is a stylized protrusion of the scapula (lower articulations of the "shoulder blade" bone). It is situated a little too high on Lillian's back for it to be anatomically correct. The shape of its curvature is also different from what we usually associate with this bone. But, in this case, since we have to give a nod to artistic licence, I'd say we should let it stand.
Cain looks much better now, since his colours turned more pallid. Pocket raised a good point on the amount of details given to the ears of these two figures. I think they will eventually turn out to be too detailed to be distracting (away from the face, of course). HM might need to look into that aspect.
I've also noticed that the background had been turned lighter than before. However, in the advent of the new skin colour for Cain, HM might consider changing the background colour back to what it was to garner even more contrast. It might be worth a try as a last step.
On the other hand, I might suggest for HM to change the colour of Cain's tie. I understand that the clothing are presently done in matte (like the characters' hair). However, even in matte, this shade of violet is a little too light, and clashes with the red of Lillian's dress. My suggestion is to blend in a bit more blue, and perhaps make it a shade darker. Speaking of clothing, there a litte bit of red that's missing from Lillian's choker/halter. It's sitting between the slight partition in Lillian's hair. There is also a part Cain's clothing that's not coloured in yet (a small sliver, just underneath Lillian's elbow). Don't forget these little bits, HM.
On the whole... I think you're on you merry way to something wonderful. We'll be looking forward to see its completion.

*bows to Bryan’s awesome picture* I like Cain’s colour coordination because it gives him a transparency feel, like he’s not really there, in comparison to Lillian’s deeper colours. There’s life in her, whereas Cain’s life has been sucked out. Their complexions are very nicely shaded. Are you going to do detailed shading on their hair and clothes as well? His unresponsiveness and her passion (seductiveness?) blend well, if I’m reading the story behind the picture correctly.
